Entries are now CLOSED for the 2017 Rushcliffe 10k which will take place on Sunday 5 March at Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington.  The maximum number of entrants is 850 and each year places are snapped up quickly so it is recommended to register early to avoid disappointment.

We are pleased to announce that Impact Physio will be joining us again this year, offering pre and post-race massage to all runners – there will be no charge for this service but donations to official race charity CP Sport will be encouraged.  They will be on site from 9:30am with plenty of beds and staff on hand to prepare you for the race and to help with recovery.

In the lead up to the day, Impact Physio are offering 20% off any initial 45 minute consultation with 10% off any follow up appointments from 1st February to the race day for anyone entered into the Rushcliffe 10k. To claim this offer, simply show your confirmation email of your place in the Rushcliffe 10k. For more information and how to book, visit www.impactphysio.co.uk/westbridgford.

The 10k run is suitable for all abilities from novices to experienced runners aged 15 and over and will be chip timed. The course involves two circuits of the country park and is off-road (traffic free).

  • Run under UKA rules
  • Accurately measured course (re-measured in the Summer of 2016)
  • Full first aid facilities
  • Medal to all finishers

  • Drinks station at 5km
  • On the day entries for the 10K and fun run will NOT be accepted

A 2k fun run is also organised on the day with participants running twice around the lake before heading over the finish line to receive a medal.

Cerebral Palsy Sport is the official race charity and receives £1 from every entry fee. The charity supports people with cerebral palsy to fulfil their potential through sport – especially children and young people.  Anyone who would like to help raise funds can request a sponsorship form or make a donation when completing the application online.
