Security, data protection and online documents
It is a principle of the planning process that it should be open and transparent. In accordance with national guidance on best practice, the council will try to make as much information as possible available via the online register.
As part of the planning process we publish many documents online and we aim to ensure that errors do not occur. Representations on planning applications form part of the Statutory Register. All representations and consultation responses received on applications which were submitted to the Borough Council on or after 1 November 2014 will be displayed on the website, however, for applications submitted before this date we cannot guarantee that all comments will be displayed online. You can view representations on the working file, along with applications that do not appear on this site, at Rushcliffe Community Contact Centre in West Bridgford, by prior arrangement only.
