A free outdoor sport and health festival held annually in Ruddington.
Join Rushcliffe Borough Council and our partners in health, NHS Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group, at our annual Sunday Funday and learn how to eat well, move more and live longer at Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington.
This year, Sunday Funday takes place on Sunday 10 September from 12-5pm.
Have a go at lots of fun sports and physical activities and sample lots of tasty healthy treats from local growers and makers. Have a mini health check and find lots of useful information on staying healthy including being smoke free and drinking less.
Around the park there’ll be lots of free family entertainment to enjoy, plus a chance to explore Rushcliffe Country Park’s many great amenities including sensory garden, walking trails and popular children’s play area. There will also be a market area with local businesses selling an array of products.
The event is free to attend with parking in the Field of Hope, off Asher Lane in Ruddington village at £1 per vehicle – follow local signs on the day. Visitors to the Sunday Funday are kindly requested not to use neighbouring streets for parking. For more information about the event email email@example.com or call 0115 9819911.
