- Details of any organisation which has been awarded contracts by the local authority to deliver services covered by the remit of the UKSPF People and Skills priority area, such as upskilling, employment support, and skills provision. Include the names of the organisations, the amounts awarded, and the length of the contract.
Response
- Rushcliffe Borough Council has directly delivered the following schemes with associated budget allocations shown:
- Skills Development Fund (£25,000)
- Free to Access Training (£23,000)
- Internship incentive scheme (£3,000)
- Low Carbon Bursary (£6,000)
All of these initiatives have been delivered within the 2024/25 business year and don’t have more specific time frames.
- The following companies/organisations have been awarded contracts to deliver activity along People & Skills themes:
- Futures (£50,000). This contract has a focus on employment and training support, specifically targeting eco-inactive and NEET residents of our Borough. The contract is for the 2024/25 business year and will cease on March 31st 2025.
