- No
- Does the council have a separate hate crime plan/strategy?
- No, however please see Anti-social behaviour-Hate crime investigation and enforcement protocol
- Does the council have a designated hate crime lead?
- No
- Does the council service facilitate or take part in any hate crime forums?
- No

- Yes - Community Safety
- Does the Council facilitate hate crime reporting?
- Yes - third party reporting sites and helpline
- Does the Council have a budget for tackling hate crime? What is/was that budget?
- No specific budget for hate crime. It is part of the ASB investigation function; Any hate crime is referred on to police as a crime. However we do spend resources on hate crime. 2018/19 - £300 Stop-Hate resources.
