1. How many Domestic Homicides Reviews have you undertaken since 2011?

   • The South Notts Community Safety Partnership has ownership of Domestic Homicide Reviews rather than Rushcliffe Borough Council. However, in terms of relevant reviews in Rushcliffe there have been two since 2011.

2. Where are these published?

   • Both Domestic Homicide Review reports are with the Home Office Quality Assurance Panel at present and will be published in accordance with the statutory guidance in due course.

3. If they are not published, why?

   • See above.

4. Since 2011, how many times have you considered undertaking a DHR but decided not to?
   

   • Not applicable as any such decision is taken by the South Notts Community Safety Partnership.
