1. Do you have a dedicated procurement team?
   • No, this service is outsourced to another authority who advise on and manage our procurement activity.
2. How many FTE’s are dedicated to procurement?
   • Not applicable
3. Please complete the following table for procurement projects undertaken in the last 12 months
   • This information is already in the public domain via the Council’s contract register which you can access via Contracts register (due-north.com) However, we can confirm in the last 12 months there has been one above threshold exercise that was a joint commission with other Nottinghamshire authorities the award value was £1.6 million, the process used was ITT.

   • This is publicly available via the published Contract Register for ease I have included an Excel export of the contracts register covering the last 12 months.
5. What was your spend in the last 12 months for e-tendering / procurement platform software
   • We do not have our own licence as we outsource procurement and use their licence. Prior to this we had Proactis the value spent from October 22-October 23 when our licence ended was £1608 inc VAT

   • The council publishes expenditure on procurement cards via its website please see link Spending on Procurement Cards - Rushcliffe Borough Council
