1. Who currently provides Security Services : Manned Guarding, Alarms, CCTV, and or any other security services for the Council?
2. What Security Services did the above win the contract for: i.e Keyholding, CCTV, Manned Guarding etc.

4. When is the due date for the tender to be re-released?

1. Who currently provides Security Services : - Manned Guarding, Alarms, CCTV, and or any other security services for the Council?

   I am unable to release the information requested as the information is exempt from disclosure by virtue of section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  Section 31(1)(a) states that the information is exempt if its’ disclosure would be likely to prejudice the prevention or detection of crime

2. What Security Services did the above win the contract for: i.e Keyholding, CCTV, Manned Guarding etc.

   For the Property Services Team, individual agreements have been taken out as buildings have come on line.  Our Communities team only use security staff at our Events on occasion and this is not done under contract it is done by obtaining quotes.

4. When is the due date for the tender to be re-released?

   Keyholding and alarm responses are currently under review. A tender date has not yet been set.

5. What is the annual Council Spend on these types of services?

   £1,080 p/a (contract costs only- does not include any call out fees). £1,000 p/a (Contract costs only – does not include any call out fees)
