Response

The information is exempt by virtue of section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  The Council is therefore issuing a Refusal Notice in accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act as we are currently in a tendering process for tyres, due to this the information you require is commercially sensitive data.
