Please can you send me a list of the third party software that you use for processing and assessing planning applications , including

• The names of providers (e.g. Idox, Def)
• How much you pay for this annually
• Length of the contract
• When the contract is due to finish

Thank you for your enquiry. The Council publishes details of its contracts which details current providers, value and length of contract on its Contract Register. As such the Council considers the information you have requested to be accessible by another means as it is already in the public domain therefore exemption under section 21 is engaged and we will not on this occasion be responding further.

By default, Rushcliffe does all of its procurement using the Pro-Contract portal, which can be found using the following website: East Midlands tenders. Further information on how the council procures goods and services can be found on our Website : Rushcliffe - Procurement
