For UK Parliamentary elections held in 2015, 2017 and 2019 the amount of money spent by Rushcliffe Borough Council was zero. UK Parliamentary elections are paid for by the UK Government from the Consolidated Fund, with Returning Officers (ROs) reclaiming all incurred costs that relate to the effective and efficient running of the poll from the Electoral Claims Unit. Please note this excludes registration costs which are the responsibility of the Electoral Registration Officer.
For the costs relating to the 6 May 2021 elections, the Police and Crime Commissioner Election is also paid for from the Consolidated Fund and the amount of money spent by Rushcliffe Borough Council is zero. The costs for the other elections that took place on 6 May 2021 will not be available until accounts have been submitted, which may not be until 10 November 2021. Any further requests for financial information for these polls should not be made until after this date.

In regards to the elections on 6 May 2021, zero tendered ballot papers were issued.
