- referred for prosecution - As of 22/11/21 107 cases received
- successfully prosecuted - 70 SJP (Single Justice Prosecution) issued of which 57 cases have SJP Notices outstanding, awaiting court results, 14 matters currently at pre-prosecution stage.
- unsuccessful in the attempt to prosecute - (See above) a total of 34 have been closed once referred for prosecution, either because of insufficient evidence, not in the public interest, false address being provided or having left the address since the offence, or paying the Fixed penalty Notice (FPN) before the matter is referred to Court.
