  • Any additional information on whether the council was able to recoup any of the expenditure from deposits or other payments made.

Response

Rushcliffe Borough Council has only cancelled events in the time period requested due to Covid-19 social contact restrictions. The affected events were:

Proms in the Park, June 2020 (no costs, cancelled pre-planning stage)

Lark in the Park, August 2020 and 2021 (no costs, cancelled pre-planning stage)

Taste of Rushcliffe Food Festival 2020 (no costs, cancelled pre-planning stage)

VE Day Street Party May 2020 (no costs, cancelled pre-planning stage)
