Further request in response given regarding the right to buy scheme.

Given that a 'clawback agreement' exists giving the Council access to preserved receipts which are not at risk of being paid back to central government, can you please advise how much is currently available to the Council under that agreement.

Response

A sum of £1.1m is currently available from Stock Transfer disposal of Council Properties and this sum is earmarked to support the provision of affordable housing in the Borough.
