Contracts - Do you currently offer lease contracts to landlords with a guaranteed rent agreement and, if so, what are the contract terms?

- Length of lease agreement

- Responsibility of managing tenants

- Rates available for sizes of properties e.g. 1 & 2 bed flats, 3-5 bedroom houses

If a scheme of this nature isn’t something you provide at the moment, is it something you’re looking to put in place in the near future?

Emergency Accommodation - Do you currently have a need for emergency accommodation, whereby a nightly rate is paid to landlords? If so:

- how is this structured i.e. your nightly rate per room / person

- What falls within the landlord's remit in terms of costs & standards?

- What is your demand i.e. the average number of people waiting for temporary accommodation?

No and No we would not be interested in a lease or contract.

Emergency Accommodation - Do you currently have a need for emergency accommodation, whereby a nightly rate is paid to landlords?

We wouldn't not enter into any contractual arrangement. We use B&B as and when demand requires.
