    2. Failure to make reasonable adjustments for a person’s HIV status.

    4. Use of an organisational policy that discriminated against a person based on their HIV status.

    2. Race or ethnicity discrimination - 1 customer complaint in 2023 (partial complaint, not they key subject of the complaint), 2 complaints  from staff – 1 in April 2021 and 1 in December 2021
    3. Sexual orientation discrimination - 0
