Response

We have 318 staff supported by a HR team of 3.8 FTE.

We do not have a HR Case Management system, therefore the majority of the answers are not applicable.

The Strategic HR Manager is Joanne Wilkinson and would be responsible for making a decision if we were to proceed with a system.
