- Yes
- Did the council use a hybrid model of home working and office working in 2020, before the pandemic?
- Yes
- In a hybrid model how many office seats to staff ratio (people that use PC's not gardeners etc.) did you have before the pandemic?
- 6 desks to every 10 employees
- Is the council continuing with Hybrid Model of home working and office working or looking to dismantle after the pandemic i.e from 24 March 2022?
- Keep it running.
- If the council is continuing with the Hybrid model what is its target office seats to staff ratio?
- We will continue with the same ratio of seats to staff. Prior to the pandemic we encouraged staff to work 1 to 2 days a week from home. We are now encouraging staff to work 1 to 2 days a week in the office.
