Please could you provide me with details of the current pay scale/officer grade for the following roles or their equivalent within your organisation:

1. Customer Services Manager
2. Complaints Manager/Coordinator
3. Information Governance Officer
4. Data Protection Officer
5. FOI Coordinator

1. Customer Services Manager

We do not have a Customer Services Manager, our equivalent role would be at Team Leader level (Local pay scale: LS10 - £37,905 - £40,371)

2. Complaints Manager/Coordinator

We do not have a Complaints Manager/Coordinator, however the role these duties fall under is paid on our Local pay scale LS12 - £30,630 - £32,562.

3. Information Governance Officer

We do not have an Information Governance Officer however the role these duties fall under is paid on our Local pay scale LS5 - £51,804 - £55,263.

4. Data Protection Officer

We do not have an Data Protection Officer however the role these duties fall under is paid on our Local pay scale LS5 - £51,804 - £55,263.

5. FOI Coordinator

We do not have an FOI Coordinator, our FOI requested are distributed to various teams dependant on the information requested.
