Request
- How many staff have been disciplined in any way (by this I mean any formal reprimand that would either be dismissal or some sort of record on that person’s personnel file) because they breached your rules/guidelines in relation to multiple contract working? Please give figures for each of the last five financial years (2018/19)(2019/20)(2020/21)(2021/22) and (2022/23).
- In relation to the cases in 2022/23 how many of the people who were disciplined are allowed within their working conditions to work from home for some or all of their contracted hours?
- In relation to the cases in 2022/23 please state in broad terms the nature of the other job that the person may have been doing that was in breach of your rules/guidelines? Eg: Waiter, car cleaner etc……
Response
