- What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning, Land Charges, Building Control, Trading Standards, Licensing, Environmental Health and ASB?
- When does each contract expire?
- How much does each system cost annually?
- Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If so, when?
- How many users / licences for each system do you have?
- Who is the person responsible for your software system(s)? Please provide full name, title and contact information

- What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning, Land Charges, Building Control, Trading Standards, Licensing, Environmental Health and ASB?
- IDOX system is used for all modules in use by the Council
- When does each contract expire?
- 31 March 2022
- How much does each system cost annually?
- This is commercially sensitive, which can't be disclosed.
- Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If so, when?
- No, the Council will not be looking to migrate away from IDOX at this current time.
- How many users / licences for each system do you have?
- Approx. 50 concurrent licences.
- Who is the person responsible for your software system(s)? Please provide full name, title and contact information
