The HMO license public register including the name, address and contact details of the License holder.
Response
The HMO register is available on the Council’s website at: Applications Search (rushcliffe.gov.uk) by selecting HMO's in the category section.
We have made the full register including the address and contact details of the licence holder available for inspection, as per the Housing Act at the council offices. It does not require us to release such data by email or place it on our website. Please see our address and opening times on the link below.
