I’d like to log an FOI request regarding the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Draft Bill, or “Martyn’s Law”. Please can you provide a list of the names of all organisations, premises, and venues in your authority area that meet the conditions as stated in Section 2 - Qualifying public premises.

This could be a list of all organisations, premises, and venues that...

1. have a public capacity of 100 or more individuals, or
2. that currently hold a premises licence

Response

The Licensing service has public registers available at Applications Search (rushcliffe.gov.uk) which can be used to searched for any licenced premises details. As such this is already publicly available.

This service does not currently have a list that includes the capacity in relation to the criteria set out in the referenced Bill.
