Please provide all information for the financial year 2021-2022, and from the start of financial year 2022 and 31 December 2022, for the following:

1. The total amount of money paid by the council to individual trade unions for whatever reason.
2. The name(s) of the trade union(s) to which council money was paid.

Thank you for your freedom of information request received on February 3, please see our response below.

The only payments the authority has made to any Union have been in relation to membership fees that employees have over the years elected to pay via their salary. The two unions that Rushcliffe pay over employees memberships too are GMB and Unison.

During 2021-22 the authority paid over to:-

GMB £276.83

Unison £6331.05

April 2022-Dec 2022 the authority paid over to:-

GMB £189.41
