I would like to know how much money the council has collected in affordable housing contributions under section 106 or community infrastructure levies in the years: 2023,2022,2021,2020.

I would like to know for the same years how much of the money was spent.

I would also like a list of the projects that the money was spent on.

I would like to know how much money the council has collected in affordable housing contributions under section 106 or community infrastructure levies in the years: 2023,2022,2021,2020.

The following amounts were collected from Section 106 obligations (Community Infrastructure Levy charging authorities may not use the levy to fund affordable housing) in these calendar years:

• 2020: £83,388.5?0
• 2021: £2,387,500.00
• 2022: £1,675,923.97
• 2023: £103,828.69

I would like to know for the same years how much of the money was spent.

None of the funds collected within the years 2020 – 2023 have been spent within that same period. Spend of affordable housing contributions collected before this period is as follows:

• 2020: £0
• 2021: £301,083.67
• 2022: £0
• 2023: £0

I would also like a list of the projects that the money was spent on.

The contributions spent in 2021 were used towards the following projects:

Metropolitan Garage Sites Phase 2A (£80,000.00) South Notts Supported Accommodation (£44,000.00) Cropwell Bishop Bungalow Adoption (£177,083.67)
