Since the introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy:
- How much money has been collected by Rushcliffe Borough Council?
- How much money has been paid out by Rushcliffe Borough Council in order to improve infrastructure and support community needs?
- In the event of community needs being identified to Rushcliffe Borough Council what obligations do the council have to respond to elected local residents?

- How much money has been collected by Rushcliffe Borough Council? £2,074,420.04 has been collected to date
- How much money has been paid out by Rushcliffe Borough Council in order to improve infrastructure and support community needs? £154,509.63 has been distributed to Parish Councils as Neighbourhood CIL to support community needs. No other funding has yet been applied to infrastructure.
- In the event of community needs being identified to Rushcliffe Borough Council what obligations do the council have to respond to elected local residents? The Council has a responsibility to apply CIL and Section 106 monies to identified and agreed projects. In coming to this judgement the Council takes account of public comment and feedback. All expenditure of funding is approved by the relevant Cabinet members
