   • Local Plan Part 1: Core Strategy (2014) & Local Plan Part 2: Land and Planning Policies (2019)

2. How many new homes are planned under your current Local Plan? Please provide a yearly breakdown (financial year).
   • Local Plan Part 1 identifies a minimum of 13,150 between 2011 and 2028. Yearly breakdown of delivery is set out in Appendix B of the Local Plan Part 2
     
3. Does your current Local Plan for new homes include a technical accessibility standard?
   • Policy 12 within Local Plan Part 2 set out accessibility standards higher than current building regulations
4. What are the technical accessibility standard(s) detailed in your current Local Plan for new homes?
   • Developments 100+ units should include 1% M4(3)(a)
5. How many new homes are planned under your current Local Plan to meet a technical accessibility standard? Please provide a yearly breakdown (financial year).
   • There are no specific figures for units with higher accessibility standards
