The Councils property portfolio is wide ranging in size and type, from small industrial units at 750 sqft to 20,000 sqft; offices from 500 sqft to 3000 sqft and retail units from 600 sqft to 5000 sqft. The properties are in different locations with different rates applied for rentals.
Industrial units range in price from £5 per sqft to £8 per sqft., depending on age, size and location.
Office suites range in price from £10 per sqft to £16.50 per sqft.
Retail range from £10 per sqft to £18 per sqft.
Due to the wide range and property mix, we have rents ranging from £6k per annum to £142k per annum.
