Facilities Supervisor
Salary: £29,529- £31,299 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week
An excellent development opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, experienced facility assistant to provide supervisory support for the operation of Council owned facilities. Working as supervisor as part of a team on a seven-day shift rota you will be responsible for ensuring that the Council’s community leisure, civic and other facilities consistently operate to the highest standards of presentation and safety and that all users receive excellent customer care.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for high standards of facility presentation and can hit the ground running, with the ability to motivate work colleagues. You will need to have a flexible attitude to work, excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to deal confidently with unexpected problems that can arise from time to time.
It is essential for candidates to hold a current driving licence and access to a car for work although a fleet vehicle is available for essential use whilst carrying out the duties.
