Pay Council Tax

How to pay

There are various ways you can pay your council tax.

Contents

Direct Debit

Paying your bill monthly by direct debit is convenient, simple, safer and cheaper for us. You can either pay in monthly instalments or twice yearly.

If you pay in monthly instalments, you can pay on the 1, 7, 14 or 24 of the month. Either complete the direct debit mandate or call the Rushcliffe Customer Service Centre with your bank details to hand. If you want to pay twice yearly, the money will be taken from your account on 1 April and 1 September. If you change your bank account details, let us know. If you want to cancel your direct debit, tell your bank, then contact us.
