Contacting the MASH
The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is Nottinghamshire’s first point of contact for all safeguarding concerns regarding vulnerable children and adults raised by professionals, members of the public or family members.
The team will also be on hand to provide information and advice to those who may have a safeguarding query or concern.
Practitioners can contact the Nottinghamshire MASH on 0300 500 80 90 during the following opening hours:
- 8.30am – 5pm – Monday to Thursday
- 8.30am – 4.30pm - Friday
Outside of these hours, if there is a safeguarding emergency, please call the Emergency Duty Team on 0300 456 4546.
Online reporting form to MASH
You can report safeguarding concerns using a secure online form.
Members of the public can also report safeguarding concerns they may have regarding a child or adult by calling the County Council’s Customer Service number on 0300 500 80 80 and being put through to the MASH.
