Information on changes to our Land Charges service

From 17 April 2025, we will no longer provide the LLC1 element of the Local Land Charge search service.  

After this date, our Local Land Charges Register will have migrated to HM Land Registry’s national register. You will be able to access a new digital service through The HM Land Registry Portal, Business Gateway and on HM Land Registry’s GOV.UK pages. In order to transition to this service, all LLC1 and Personal searches prior to migration must be received by 4 April 2025

Rushcliffe Borough Council will continue to provide replies to Con29 enquiries.
