Byelaws
Byelaws Protecting Rushcliffe Country Park
The park and it’s wildlife is protected by a number of byelaws, all of which are legally enforceable and liable for fines.
Horse Riding
No bridleways exist in the park so the horse riding is not permitted in any area.
Drones and Model Aircraft
Drones are prohibited in any areas of the park. Power driven, model aircraft of any type are also not permitted to be flown in any part of the park.
Fishing and Hunting
All wildlife on the park is protected so fishing, trapping or hunting of any description are not permitted in any area.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads when requested or whilst in the areas defined as such at the park. Dogs must be under control in all areas. Dog fouling must be immediately cleaned up in all areas and dog owners must have a method of doing this.
Helium Balloons & Sky Lanterns
The release of helium balloons and sky lanterns is prohibited in all areas of the park.
