Medical Waste Driver
Salary: £27,678 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week/Permanent contract
We are looking for an experienced 7.5 C1 driver to join the Council’s award winning recycling2go team as our medical waste driver collecting from Rushcliffe and Gedling. You will be covering driving duties across the two areas, providing a first-class collection to residents and businesses.
You must be able to provide good customer service and be able to work effectively on your own.
A good local knowledge of the Rushcliffe and Gedling areas is desirable. As well as medical waste you will be delivering/replacing bins to residents of the Rushcliffe Borough.
As a leader in the waste management sector our reliance on high quality staff is essential.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3pm and the previous Saturday before a Bank Holiday Monday.
Applicants must have a full driving licence (7.5 C1 PLUS DCPC QUALIFICATION), be able to provide good customer service and able to work on their own.
